About the teacher
Katherine K. is an Ontario Certified Teacher based in Toronto, Canada. She holds both a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) and a Bachelor of Education from York University and has completed additional qualifications in Special Education, English as a Second Language (ESL), Reading, and Writing. With extensive experience teaching diverse learners, including English language learners and students with varying learning needs, Katherine is skilled at adapting instruction to help every student succeed. She is passionate about developing students’ reading comprehension, writing skills, and essay-writing abilities. Through engaging, student-centered lessons and the thoughtful use of technology, Katherine helps students build confidence, strengthen critical thinking skills, and become independent learners prepared for future academic success.
