Classroom Rules

1. Respect teachers, care for classmates, participate actively, and follow school expectations.

2. Prepare your computer several minutes before class. Use a device with reliable audio and video, join from a quiet place, and use headphones when helpful.

3. Keep your camera on during class unless the teacher gives permission otherwise. Think actively, answer questions, and complete assigned tasks. Do not interrupt the teacher or classmates, make unnecessary noise, discuss unrelated topics, or use offensive language. If a student seriously disrupts the lesson, the teacher may mute the student.

4. Complete homework promptly after class and send it to the teacher for review at least one day before the next lesson.

5. Parents and students should not add teachers privately on WeChat. School-related communication should take place in the official class group or through EngEasy customer service.

6. If a student cannot attend a one-to-one lesson, notify the teacher in the class group at least one day in advance to arrange a new time or extend the course. Without advance notice, the teacher may count the lesson after waiting more than 15 minutes.

7. If a student cannot attend a group lesson, notify the class group at least one day in advance and request a recording when available. If only one student can attend, the group lesson may be moved to the next scheduled time. If the group has fewer than two continuing students, the course may be postponed or cancelled.

8. After a course ends, students may provide feedback to help EngEasy and its teachers continue improving the learning experience.
